In the 60’s, Mr Peppeddu Palimodde wanted to offer authentic Sardinian cuisine to visitors, contrary to the isolationist ethos of the time. Under the artistic management of Ms Giovanna Palimodde, the hotel grew around the restaurant and over the years it has become a true hub for the work of Sardinia’s best artists, as well as a natural haven for those looking for a retreat, or an exploration base for active travellers.
Every corner of the hotel has been designed with thought and care, with major contributions from local artists.
