The camp was founded by Jack Bousfield in the 1960s and it is steeped in legend and a landmark in its own right. The ten bedouin-style guest tents rest under the mellow shadow of the molokwane palms that create this delicious oasis. The camp is furnished with quirky excess, with exuberant outfitting, a library, a mess room and the only camp in the continent with a tented pool… and a tea room, just for fun!
